Be brilliant signing IMO mate. He's a better footballer than to be shoved in a Sam Allardyce team. Flourish under Martinez and would provide vital cover in midfield for Europe. Couple that with maybe another and signing Barry on a free, our midfield would be sound.

Lets just see where we are this time next year after a gruelling cup campaign. Think of our injuries this year. Imagine if we'd played an extra 6-8 games travelling Europe. Just think about it..

Plus he is able to play out wide in an emergency i.e. today where he has been the best player.
