If, we can get the agreed fees for Cleverley, Niasse and Oviedo/Gibson that will allow us to buy a player like Michael Keane without any borrowings.
Hopefully that will allow us a bigger budget for other signings.
It is nearly as important for us that they do well as it is for the clubs they currently play for.

“I think you do not have a better English player. Technically, he is as good as you get. The way he executes, how he reads the game, for me he is one of the most sensational you are going to see in Premier League history.

“I wouldn’t sell him for any money in the current market. I want to see him go from strength to strength because I know there is so much more to come.”

Oveido and Gibson went perm pal for around 7.5m . Half way there

If Watford stay up, I believe they have an obligation to buy him, for around 10m, but not sure on the actual figure.
