I wouldnt expect him to be sold in the summer as Lampard hasnt had him fit for more than a few days + doubtful clubs would offer fees for players who hadnt at least had a few games back.

My guess is we dont rush things and Lampard takes a look during preseason.

Not to mention being Dom’s best mate and must have known how much that goal meant to him after a difficult season.

For anyone to even try have a pop over it leaves me gobsmacked. Lad's been at the club since he was a kid, living every one of our dreams playing for Everton. His best mate scores what is arguably the biggest goal in the last 25 years at the club and he loses his shizz celebrating, LIKE EVERY SINGLE ONE OF US DID, and someone's first thought is 'oh my, what is he doing?
