I’m not sure Tom is Championship level either.

I think he could do a job in league 1 or 2 though.

If we go down, we'll spend the first couple of months watching Davies get the run around in the Championship definitely. Guarantee to begin with the manager will think he can do a job but it'll become quickly apparent he can't.

People live in an alternate reality. Pop into any thread and you'll see plenty saying each player is alright and can do a job. How they haven't learned the overwhelming majority are absolute garbage is beyond me.

When I say this I have no animosity towards him as a person, I wish him well. Always feel like he tries his best in every game too which is one of the basic bare minimum requirements I have for our players.

But he is a disgrace of a footballer. I was finished with him last season when he was given a free run on goal with 5 mins to go at Old Trafford and passed up responsibility to become a hero and get us a win. His effort at Bournemouth away in the cup summed him up as well and then last night just completes a trio of laughably pathetic misses.

He is not a Premier League Footballer and hasnt been since about 2018. Very disappointing, as he did seem to have some talent when he broke through and no one can take away his excellent goal vs City in 2017 time.

Wish him all the best but needs to be one of the first to be booted out of the club for simply being no where near the level required.

That header was shocking , but really what do we expect. Not one of our attacking options are up to much in the clinical chance taking stakes.
