Been impressed every time I've watched him play since his debut, also vs Southampton, when he was the best player on the pitch when he came on.
Very good today, seems mature beyond his years, very good decision-making for one so young and seems to be good with both feet.
If he and Barkley can continue forming an understanding and complementary partnership as they did today then the future looks good for our midfield.

Player Valuation: £6m
Looks to have a good engine, still giving it all even at the end trying to get back in when about 4 of them got rinsed by 1 lad. Impresses me that he doesn't seem to have gears he can go through but is able to continually go at the same pace whether its the 1st minute or 90th.
It's easy to forget this lad is 18 years old and just looked comfortable in a game against a mid table team even late on in to the match, showed great awareness and composure to get himself the assist for Lukaku but what impressed me even more was how at the end when Funes Mori went forward out of everyone on the pitch including Barry it was Davies who slotted in to cover the open position.
Massively positive start to his career and hopefully from here he keeps progressing to the next level, signs in that game that he finished the game stronger suggest he's certainly got more to come in the future.

Did not look out of place and actually added something
Like this lad a lot. Shows himself for the pass constantly, always seems to be there as an outlet.
He looks even better than I thought when I posted this on Wednesday, so I'll have to bring the boo-date forward to the 12th home game of the 2018-2019 season.
