Not sure. They go out the CL there focus shifts, and it won't be the Uefa it will the Premier League, and they will be all up for making sure they get 4th spot at least.
 
Do you know what grinds my gears? They way Liverpool fan/commentators talk about the players using their first name. Have to remain inpartial.

Benitez looks down and out and defeated. It's priceless to see that sort of thing. One snide cnut of a man, that is. It's going to be great seeing him getting torn apart part by the same phonies who've been idolising him for years. He should call Houllier up now and ask him how to deal with the bullets in the post.

That's bang on the money. It's always "Yosi" and "Nando" and "Pepe". As if they know them. The daft shower of complete and utter [Poor language removed].
 
What was that press conference about? And the result was hilarious. Hopefully Lyon and Fiorentina 'agree' on a draw to make sure they* go out.

Last 5 minutes in a 0-0 bore draw and they're passing the ball to each other in the centre circle. Kopites banging their heads against the walls. What would you give for that to happen? :lol:
 
It was on the news earlier and he started waffling 'when you walk through a storm you have to hold your head up high'. To journalists. Watched it with a kopite who said before I could get past my tears of laughter that he thought it was cringeworthy and rather a bit sad. (That said, Carragher was straight into interview after the game and faced the cameras pretty well. Sad to say, it seems he knows where his football career is taking him)

So fukin proud of our lads. What a performance. There are times in football when you really can't let the scoreline override what you saw. We had a team devoid of at least 3 1st team players, and we were brilliant.
