dunno mate, he has the most to offer from the bench, and one of the best in the squad. don't make sense. best place to play him is in this friendly, especially with the first in the tournament being next monday.

We have seen how many chances Nugent has missed, would vaughan have missed them also, I severely doubt it.

vaughan can still score 2 goals i rekon...one before the end, and one in the penalties!!!...i can only hope....
 
I can only think Pearce knows exactly what vaughan is capable of and does not need to play him, so he is playing some of the lesser players to see how they react. I can only hope.
 
I can only hope that pearce knows how good vaughan is, and doesnt want to risk injuring him, so hes ok for the next match...:)
