Where did it go from europe contenders to relegation scrap dogs. Manager wise.
The dutchman for me. He started it. Two significant signings from him. Bolasie for 25m. But then sigurdsson. Not just the fee but how unbalanced the squad was. First time i started thinking this fella is worrying me.
He started the rot from comfortable league placing to where we are today.

As a comparison Palace are 9/1 and West Ham 9/2 to finish top half with PP. Not saying it’s definitely going to happen but definitely brilliant value in comparison to those 2 especially

If TFG sacked Sean Dyche and then brought in a forward, a midfielder and a fullback then yes we could finish in the top 10. Keep Sean Dyche and the height of our ambition will be 16th or 17th.

Need to win 3-4 away games from what is left to achieve top half imo.

Also need to change the manager within the next month.

The only chance of a top half finish is if Dyche is sacked before January and a more competent manager takes us in for the remainder with a couple of January reinforcements. Dyche sees not being in the bottom 3 as an achievement which isn't surprising considering he has spent most of his career around there.

A lot of people were dreading the run of games we were going to have on the run up to Christmas, and probably were expecting us to be getting cut away from the pack and maybe being one of 4 teams in deep trouble. It has n`t been too bad for us, but that is down to one of those games being postponed and the other having Arsenal forget their scoring boots.
