There's a massive building in London that has three floors. The first floor has a list of every club in the world. The second floor has interchangable tilesets that have every player for every club in the world. The third floor has every manager in the world.

For a transfer rumour, this happens:

A. They chop the head off a chicken, place it on the first floor, it runs around for a while until it dies. Whatever club it dies on is the first club.

B. The same applies on floor two, but this time they use a cockerel. This gives a greater degree of inaccuracy. They chop off it's head and whatever player it dies on is linked to the club the chicken died on on floor one.

C. To determine a price, it's this formula - A+Bx10x10x7-( n ), where A is the time it takes the chicken to die, B is the time it takes the cockerel to die, and ( n ) is the Colonel's secret recipe.
