Vlaar has too many injuries every season. Not great for when you need someone if Jags or Stones are injured.

Ogbonna looks nothing like what's needed. Go to West Ham.

Dont understand the panic on here from some. Henen / Cleverley / Deulofeu all signed and Garbutt extended.

We are overloaded in some positions and should offload a couple of players + McGeady and Mirallas may leave which may affect how much Martinez has to spend for players and also the type of player.

Its clear we have money and are just waiting on outgoings i think.

I base it on what Ive seen and also a friend of mine being a Villa fan who basically said they only defended well when he was playing.

We're not after someone who is going to dislodge Stones & Jagielka, we need someone with experience to come in when needed and provide adequate cover. If there's money to spend then Van Dijk, but if not Vlaar is a wise option.

Haven't sold anyone, bought two players. Sell to buy right there. Always forget that half our fans agree with the media that Everton are the only selling club in the league....despite hardly selling anyone.
