Aye, we can buy from anywhere. The transfer window is basically the period in which clubs can register new players. There is nothing to stop them letting players go outside of a transfer window.

I'd love to have heard what the summer masterplan was. Bobby has sounded confident all summer that we had identified all our targets. Suspect he was talking bollocks.

Is it possible that no one told him that it went beyond merely identifying....? Signing said targets is the real key.
