We have had some stonkers over the years, LCAB pulling the Bily deal from nowhere, DAVIDMOYES dropping Mirallas from nowhere, the little titbits we got from Sheeds and Fox.

Its a shame we lost them all for 1 reason or another.

But at least we still have Jinks and this Lee fella.

Assuming this is true, who is available as a replacement? Yes, he had a crap season, but he's not as bad as a lot of folks make him out to be. If we get a decent fee for him, great, but I worry we'll have trouble bringing in a sound replacement.

Nearly every keeper I can think of in any of the top leagues in Europe would probably be a 'sound replacement' for Howard.

I know someone who is working as a coach in the U.S. And he has told me that Tim Howard is gone. I can't release the club name but apparently he wants to win trophies and be closer to family, can't blame him really he has really been quality for us over the years. Hopefully we get a good replacement.

That's not what I've heard..

I'd watched him quite a lot myself but my brothers and dad are Spanish Barca fans and they don't rate him at all and say he can't pass forwards. Who knows though as often when a player makes a step down from a huge club they can develop into a better player. Just have to see I suppose.
