After 48 hours or so of everyone being on the guff train, we've apparently made a £5M bid for Ospina, £8m bid for Dann and are after Wijnaldum who is valued at £15m.

Would love Ospina, not only can he do double saves like this

But he was also very good for Arsenal last season so is somewhat proven in the premier league using a similar style of play to that which Martinez is probably targeting.

Of course I have an idea! Do I know exactly how much we have to spend, of course not.

But I have an "idea" that we haven't got around 27 million net to spend without selling.

Deulofeu cost over 4 million, a centre half is likely to cost between 5-8 if the Ogbonna chase is anything to go by, so we're not going to spend another 15 million on top of that without sales.

If we do, I'll pay for your season ticket.

Yeah he did okay when he came in, I also remember Paul Merson and Charlie Nicholas (both nobs I know) highlighting on Gillette soccer Saturday a fair few silly mistakes he made as well, and the parts of his game that are weak.

I just haven't seen enough of him to be impressed.

He was very good during the World Cup, but for that matter so was Howard - tournaments can sometimes give you a bit of a distorted view of a player. But in general he seemed to carry on that good form for Arsenal and into the Copa America this summer so he at least has been more consistent in the last year than Howard.

A few lads on here have said it looks like he wants out of Arsenal because he wants first team footy, and now Cech has come in he's not going to get it at Arsenal. If he did come in, could you see Martinez dropping Howard for him.
