Didnt Martinez say he knew exactly what we needed after the Villarreal game?

Obviously gonna wait till the deadline before i really can make my mind up but kinda confuses me when people say its been a good window.

We finished 11th last season. 11th.

We bought in Cleverley and Del (who was here the season before) on the cheap - which is fair play. Happy to admit that. Bought in an unknown striker and hopefully young unknown centre back in Mori. Add Holgate to that. The best we can hope is that they turn out to be gems and contribute to the team in some way.

We resigned Mirallas and McCarthy and also have managed to keep Stones...thus far. All positive moves. Happy to admit that.

But again we finished 11th last season and havent signed anyone that makes you sit back and go wow! We are actually having ago at strengthening and being more ambitious.

Again happy to reserve my judgement till deadline and will bleed blue no matter what happens but will definetly be a little depressed if we cant secure the elusive number 10 Roberto has spoken about for months.
