Self compassion unlocks the door to a more content life. Sometimes we can learn to love ourselves by loving others, but the two must exist in harmony to unlock the contentment we thrive on. This digital platform like others can manifest ill feeling due to people hurting and misreading other’s intentions. We shall help these people and indeed everyone else by committing to kindness, thus allowing others to feel confident to show their innate kind nature.
