Enjoying Brave New World. It's not amazing but I've never read the book and it's a very interesting idea. Four episodes in and I think I can see where it's going but I'm ok with that.

I exist in a permanent state of confusion. I was hoping for some relief from this by watching dark. Sadly this is not the case

A few episodes tbh and then when I saw what it was really about the penny dropped...I think its one of those they make up as they go, not knowing exactly where it would or even should, end up.

Slightly similar to McGoohans 1960s Prisoner...which, because it was so confusing for then the tv company showed episodes in the wrong order.
It was supposed to run for 6 months / 26 eps.
McGoohan and the writers had lost the plot by about E17 but managed, iirc, to stagger to E22 and ended with the... it was all a dream cop out

Bad Banks = Similar type flavour to margin call / wall street in Frankfurt/Berlin...2 seasons binged watched and looking forward to the 3rd

Yeah the pandemic is just kind of in the background and it concentrates on the actual people,the lead male role must be top billing over there he seems to appear in any Russian production
