They probably should have cast an actual cockney or at least someone who can do a proper cockney accent. Karl Urban is almost as bad as Charlie Hunnam in Green Street. Really like the show but he is painful

Yeh his accent and the fact he has a beard really winds me up.

He can’t do a single accent right. It’s horrible in that, horrible in King Arthur, horrible American in Pacific Rim. Just a really bad actor for accents.

Just finished Sweet Home.

It’s not a classic by any means, but it wasn’t that bad.

Some Cagesque acting at times, with some ropey CGI thrown in, but much better than Alice in Borderland.

Its not great but passable,I find the Korean tv shows to be poor compared to the movies,have you seen Goedam thats decent

I pissed myself when he would get angry on Sons of Anarchy and the accent would go haywire.

Anybody started watching The Stand yet? If so is it looking any good,I have read the book and seen a previous mini series of it,which was a let down,so wondering if the new one is worth watching

I'll keep an eye out, the book was ace, the 1st series was ok for its time.
If they do a totally gash Dark Tower job on it though - all bets off.

Yeah loved the book,same with Dark tower,as you said the film was awful,seen a cpl of clips and the series looks decent but waiting until theres a few episodes before I decide whether to watch it
