TV Series

Watched the Panorama programme last night the topic of the tapping up of youngsters from the footballing academies.
Considering this is one of the BBC flagship products, I'm of the opinion that the 30 minutes would be akin to a project handed to a second year student in a media studies course. It was an awful effort. Wholesale mention of sensational claims of underhand goings on, all with the predictable "we have to protect the identity of our source". Another waste of license payers money. You would have learned more from the Daily Star.

I'm totally immersed at the moment in Flint Town on Netflix.
Fly on the wall documentary series on a police force in Michigan. To say I'm engrossed is an understatement. Local politics, racial issues and scenes you won't be likely to see on BBC ten o'clock news.
Hard hitting reality.
