Done with Slow Horses. Already gagging for season 3. Least it's filmed already.
Started The Recruit, a nonsensical CIA caper with a strong central performance from Noah Centineo who I suspect will be a massive star at some point in the future.
We started a show called the I-Land on Netflix and lasted a whole episode. It is genuinely one of the worst things I have ever seen, with some of the most stilted dialogue delivered by its listless, wooden cast. I'd almost recommend watching it for a Lol, but not if you value your time

is it better than the trailer suggests? the trailer makes it look like some kind of caper comedy. I was going to watch it, but it has put me off a little.
It’s fantastic mate.
It watches like an old skool, quality BBC drama and Gary Oldman has never been better.
It’s a really refreshing change, from all the high end, glossy stuff, that the PPV channels normally pump out.
Save it for when you’ve got nothing else to watch.
It‘s guilty of trying to be too clever.

Also been watching Umbrella Academy. Stuck it on the tablet whilst cooking the other day just to check it out, was expecting to turn it off after half an episode. Really enjoyed S1 but not sure if it will hold my interest past S2

So a little look into this finds this is produced by 'local tv ltd', majority share holder david montgomery, yes that montgomery that worked for the daily mirror, the news of the world and the sun. murdochs chums and the harm he and they have caused with the sun in particular are sorely not welcome on merseyside, how has this scouser hating right wing bigotry production line been allowed to so much as cast a shadow where they are all very much not wanted in the least?
