TV Series

Pistol. A biopic of Sex Pistol's Steve Jones directed by Danny Boyle. Very watchable, well cast and a terrific soundtrack. Sort of fell in love with the actress who played Chrissie Hynde, which led me to Sugar which is mind blowingly good. Probably the best new TV I've watched this year. Although I think it might be ousted very quickly by Shogun which I'm currently half way through.

So happy 6movies.net is back up and running.;)

This wasn’t a TV show, but a dream I had last night, and it was the most exciting thing I’ve watched for ages:

An air war was happening in the skies above my house, as it became clear that the Ukraine conflict escalated in to an all-out Russia/NATO war.

Loads of Russian jets escorting bombers, but they got absolutely shredded by NATO air defences and this US Air Force mega fighter called the ‘RS’ (dunno what that means). It was like an 80s sci-fi cartoon fighter jet, like a 300% scaled-up F-14 with a crew of four, dominating the battle space, super-powerful and manoeuvrable.

It would literally do barrel rolls towards Russian targets while firing its ridiculously powerful cannons, shredding the MiGs to nothingness in seconds, while soaking up enemy fire and debris with ease. A brutal beast that would strike fear in to the soul of enemy pilots.

A very impressive piece of kit.

10/10, would watch again.

Thoroughly enjoying Justified on Disney (Yeah, I know it's old). Anyone who hasn't seen it, it's a contemporary western set pricipally in rural Kentucky. Timothy Olyphant plays a deputy Marshall sent back to work in the area he grew up in.
Based on an Elmore Leonard story (he's also executive producer), so lots of strong characters and good storylines.
