Also just found out first 3 eps of new season of The Legend of Vox Machina are out on Prime. Dare I say I have too much to watch right now.
 
Unsure if it's even possible to put more effort and love into an adaptation, than the show-runners did for the One Piece live action. This video shows how far they went, and clearly how much they love the source material.



Imagine if the people behind Rings of Power gave that show 10% of the care that One Piece got.
 
I watched the first season of Slow Horses, not sure what to make of it. Gary Oldman is obviously good but the rest of the cast or rather their characters seem a bit rubbish. The main guy is just really beige, like a less interesting version of Simon Pegg, The story was a bit silly as well.

It wasn't terrible though so considering whether to watch season 2 or not

Also watched the first series recently in a single sitting and mostly agree with this. I really enjoyed it, hence the single sitting, but i think it was almost all because of Gary Oldman, not so much carrying it but definitly doing some very heavy lifting. I don't think it would be as well received without him. The old girl who he's constantly giving [Poor language removed] to i thought was very good as well. Will certainly be watching S2.

Apart from the ropey acting and script, it`s just beyond the realms of reality.

Full on gun battles going on in broad daylight in London, bodies dropping all over the place and buildings getting blown up etc.

Yet despite being a city that is home to one of the biggest police forces in the world, MI5 and has CCTV covering virtually every inch of the city, no one ever gets locked up :lol:

Pretty much word for word what I thought of it, s1 was half decent this one I lasted about 1 and a half episodes and gave up.

I think that with a lot of shows too, huge gun battles casualties piled up all over (the main characters always survive) but that's the end of it, yet it'll be something like a fingerprint on a stolen car that gets the feds attention :lol:

I didn't love it as much as others but it's a good watch. The 2nd season is good

Zat, one of the main guys in series 2, spends the whole of series 2, driving around London killing people in a car with a private plate, driving through hundreds of ANPR cameras each time he kills someone.

Yet never receives even one visit from the police.

It’s a beyond ridiculous.

I could go on and on with stuff like this too.
