Started Love/Hate on ITV player, excellent so far.

I attempted it a few times but gave up half way through first series but a few on here told me to perceivere, I did and have to say each series improves on the last,

Started off a bit of a naughty rogue but ended up the devil

not sure how they're gonna include him the new series...

They can`t, but there`s plenty of material to work with without him.

Looks like Netflix have got it over RTE, same as they did with Top Boy and C4.

Interesting to see what they do with it, as there`ll be more money for it`s production, supposedly another two series getting done.

Equally monsterous Bren from Kin.

Bren was always a monster, as Sue says, Nidge went from being a bit of a rogue, but was also a doting father and husband and slowly turned in an absolute monster - brilliant writing.

Started a rewatch of Lost, never finished it when originally released, almost done season one. So ahead of it’s time and can see where so many new programmes like From and others took notes form it.

Landsman is pretty poor, I thought Yellowstone was crap too and I'm starting to wonder what the lad who wrote fine work like hell or high water and sicario has become.

Yellowstone in particular feels like pure projection from the writer who desperately wants to feel manly.

Bits I’ve caught of Yellowstone look terrible. My Mrs has watched it all and said it ended up as a weird vanity project for the writer.

I love a western as well, its really really bad and pathetically lazy. I thought Hell or High water was close to being a masterpiece so was surprised at how poor it was.

I gave landman a go as a billy bob fan and because I listened to Boomtown which it is supposed to be based off of, I recommend Boomtown for a far more honest and less soapboxy portrayal of these stories.
