Well I guess, but the band get kicked out for being racist anyway so?

Oh, I agree completely, but there are a section of people out there desperate to be offended, and as soon as they hear the song start they'll be penning angry emails to the Guardian... As I said, context doesn't matter a whole lot to these people

Yeh doesn’t bother me personally; I feel that sort of thing needs to be in there just because it’s meant to be northern humour. Same with some of the gags on Royle Family.

I guess maybe I’m bias though being born right up in the north and raised on South Park.

Five part doc on the trial of the man accused of being the gas chamber operative and torturer at the Treblinka Concentration Camp.

Very well put together and leaves you to make your own mind up as to whether they got the right man.

Not an easy watch due to some of the footage band testimony’s of the survivors.

Netflix excels at stuff like this.

Just finished watching this. Sickening.

When that final verdict came in at The Supreme Court, the slow deliberate turn of the head towards holocaust survivors followed by a long smirk by that ‘kin slithering snake Sheftel made my stomach turn.

Later on says ‘ on the whole I enjoyed every second of it ‘.

It was at this point I completely understood why he suffered that acid attack.

What do reckon, was he Ivan the Terrrible.

I think on the evidence that he " probably " was.

If not he most certainly was part of the SS unit that was in control of the camps and therefore a war criminal.

The thing I`m really enjoying with the second series is the way they`ve added a supernatural element to it, which has taken it in another direction, plus the fact that it`s so creepy and sinister.

Think I preferred the second series overall. It's been on Netflix for a while btw, it's a bit odd how it's on BBC4 too.

Based on evidence and the coincidences like his mother’s maiden name as one example, I think he was also. Triggered me though that it’s never going to be finished and revealed.

I just couldn’t get over that POS Sheftel. Loved the sound of his own voice and even had the audacity to write a book about his so called ‘ success ‘.
