TV Series

Watched all eight episodes the French series, Disparue (The Disappearance) over the last two nights. Absolutely fantastic. Loads of twists (although it was ultimately who I thought it was) with great characters, acting and direction. Unlike most downloaded series, it didn't matter about not having subtitles available as it was shown originally on BBC with English subtitles. If you like a good police whodunit I recommend you take a look at it.

The black Wall Street stuff apparently isn’t even taught in US schools so I’d imagine there’s already documentaries about it. Can’t really make a series over something that happened on like a weekend can you.

I'm actually watching this properly again - I couldn't leave it so I'll come back with a proper perspective.
 

Watching Community, I like it, good comedy, stars Chevy Chase so was always gonna be funny, also has a young Donald Glover aka Childish Gambino and Ken Jeong from The Hangover.

The show that has made Donald Glover.

Fantastic show, watched it weekly when it came out and have watched it through a good couple of times. Bit silly, but the joy of it is fantastic. Troy and Abed are a fantastic combination.

I picked it up towards the end of the first season, my wife was watching it, I'm gonna go back and watch the earlier episodes when I get time, just starting season three now, love the end of season paintball episodes.

Fly on the wall that follows patrol officers in Flint City, Michigan.

In a decade it went from being one of the wealthiest cities in America to one of the poorest, following the closure of the GM factory.

Budget cuts, chronic staff shortages, the breakdown of certain areas of the city and self serving politicians.

Outstanding.
