We desperately need to inject some pace into the side. If we're to alter our game, we need to utilise overlapping fullbacks to open up opportunities to cross a ball. If we do that, DCL and Broja become more useful. Even if we bring in a left winger and allow Ndiaye into the middle, or allow Lindstrom in there (I feel he has more to show). I don't think we need wholesale changes, but a few well placed changes (alongside a managerial change) COULD change our fortunes.
