Defensively solid, albeit with lapses, and offensively clueless. Need key signings in central midfield, a solid defender who knows how to head a cross away and not watch it float over his head, an attacking midfield with close technique, and a striker who can hold the ball up.

Big work to be done or it's a long, hard mid-table season.
