I've recently come to wonder why socks, for what they are, are an order of magnitude cheaper than undies, for what they are.

In fact windering this this occupies a lot of my time at the moment.

25 quid for 5 pairs by some Danish handcraft designer or something.

My wife liked the design. More than I've spent on socks in the past 5 years.

They are comfy though to be fair.

Starting this thread was a very roundabout way just to show off your fancy Danish handcrafted socks

Nah nothing fancy, just a plain black Nike one.

I'm a simple Adidas wearing chap mainly and had my eye on one but I'm not paying 100 notes for a tracky.

To be fair I'll mainly wear it around the house anyway, I stole some velour pj's from my missus she got from primark to be in my regular housewear, maybe I should just double down on those.

Unless you're under 12 years old or stood at the side of a pitch managing a football team then no one should be buying or wearing full track suits out in public!

As long as its within the confines of your own home then its acceptable. Possibly if you go to watch them too.. lol

Jeans are too much of a hassle and I refuse to bow to societal norms now I'm in my 40's by purchasing sensible trousers for winter.
