We needed to upgrade the forums software to rule out one potential reason behind some of the websites recent inaccessibility.


With that upgrade has come the expected problems, mainly;


1. Facebook Connect
2. Moble Style
3. Last Post Feature


Spent a while trying to resolve with no joy. I'm having to throw money at the problem for paid support - but it could take a few days.


Any more problems please report here. Struggling with time so please only genuine problems.

Just remembered another one (don't shoot me). After posting that, I can't click on new posts. It's like it doesn't work. That happens every now and again on my phone and crap top. I have to click on settings or something first. Again no biggie smells, just seems to have started recently

When you say 'new posts doesn't work' does the link itself work? Does it show new threads?

Assuming you mean it's just not taking you to the latest post inside that thread? If so, thats number 3 in first post

After I've posted, it's like the new posts button doesn't work, only sometimes mind. I try clicking it, but nothing happens, so I then have to click somewhere else to get off that thread. Did that make more sense, ha. Sorry

The latest post button I CAN click on, but it always takes me to the first post on the first page, or the first post on the second page, if there's 2 pages in that thread for example

Just that one as highlighted.

Seems to be a recurrence of the thing that happened a few months ago. Almost seems like lag, sometimes when you scroll down some graphics or text will 'freeze' on the screen and render the rest of the thread almost unreadable - until you refresh.

To make you feel better I signed up with PADDY POWER and spunked a tenner.

As of today, when I click the "new posts" button, it takes me to the database error screen. I have to click on the Everton forums button to see anything

Also. I've noticed you can upload pics straight from your computer now, although it doesn't seem to let me? I choose the pic and then nothing comes up after that? I'm being a tecknospaz aren't I?
