as gutted as I am about the ref sucking balls, I'm starting to come to terms with the reality of our situation. Let's assume that England win today... that puts them at the top of the table with Slovenia WHICH means that the last match between those two teams actually means something (playing for first place).

This means the USA have to win their game. A win and their in, a loss and they are out... a draw and their out. simple. Of course, this assumes England beats Slovenia.
