Usmanov

If Usmanov does buy Everton, I want us to be the most plastic, arrogant, new money club in the history of Football. I want us to put Chelsea and Man City to shame.

I used to want Everton to do it the sporting way - iteratively build on success, spend what we earn and break in to the elite. Screw that. I want global domination in no less than 3 years, a fk-off stadium at BMD, fielding the best team of mercenaries money can buy and a dynasty built on sickening wealth and flagrant abuse of FFP rules.

:celebrate: I'm with you, in my head i'd still love the idea of us doing what Leicester did, but I'd happily take us doing a City

I'm not looking at it from a moral perspective

I'm looking at it from a "If he's dodgy and gets in trouble over it then it'll have an adverse effect on the club" perspective, which is where I think Dave is coming from

Morally him being involved is not an issue for me, but if he's been a naughty boy then it could lead to issues going forward if the authorities decide to pursue him over said naughtiness (Which we don't know if there is anything like that going on, just pointing that our for legal reasons) and it might hurt the club in the long run if he injects a lot of cash and then has to bail on the endeavour sharpish because the feds are sniffing around

If he has then wrd be screwd either way as Moshiri shares most investments with him, just on a small % and as his accountant would be likely as culpable

So far though mate we needed to loose those wages with nothing to take on the liability just to be sustainable. With what looks like another three signings in the post. Ill have a look at it when the dust settles.

There is no way on earth that Evertons finances and transfer dealings are 'unsustainable'
