My new phone contract is due anyone know how to get it on Megafon?

Also fancy some of those salami pieces berroti or whatever they're called you keep seeing on the advertising boards.

I have access to last years accounts.

This investment, as well as the operating performance described above, was funded by a combination of shareholder injections via an interest-free loan, which reached £150m in 2018, and new borrowings. In accordance with FRS 102, the shareholder loan from Bluesky Capital Limited has been accounted for as equity. Bluesky Limited continued to support the Club post-year end with an additional shareholder loan of £100m received post year end.
What 100m loan?

The new 1?

As I said earlier unless you have access to last years accounts and access to this years accounts then it is impossible to say whether all of Moshiri's loans have been converted into equity.

Debt is transformed in to equity shares. So there are three possibilities.

1. Moshiri converts his loans into shares and increases his share of the Club.

2. Moshiri invests an equal amount to all the other shareholders and they pay off the debt equally.

3. Moshiri pays off the loan and all the other shareholders get a free ride.

Which one is it ?

How would Moshiri "pay off" a loan which is owed to himself?

Either you mean writing off the debt or you are waffling.

Moshiri isn't lending the money to himself he is lending the money to Everton. Moshiri only owns 77.2% of Everton. So why would he write off Bill's and the rest of the shareholders debt ?

He wasnt even on the board at Arsenal, and penned an open letter stating he would spend millions - yet wasn't invited to join. Why on earth would he spend his money on them for someone else (Kroenke) to reap the benefits?

Regardless, this might give him the chance to make a statement and move us forward as a club.

It's more hope from me than expectation and yes I've seen several false dawns.

Someone needs to upload the Aston Villa video from a couple of years ago. When we were singing
We’re fcuking rich we’re fcuking rich

So this thread expanded by 50 odd pages because of an interview where Usmanov said he might invest in us if Moshiri asks(same as he said a while ago). In the article it doesn’t say he is just would/could
@davek is right, there nothing concrete, just if buts and maybe.

There are reasons to believe he already has invested, USM FF and Megafone. There no indication he’s going to buy shares in us tho.

The thing that most interesting is his meeting with Ancelotti, which the echo claim was “social”.Ancelotti just sacked by Napoli in Italy suddenly decided to fly to Germany to a social event that Usmanov just happens to be attending and a week later he’s the new Everton manager and it’s purely a coincidence... come on
