I'm so tired of reporters carrying the USSF's water that I'm not sure I believe anyone saying that players wanted Greggggggggg back. Did anyone ask the players if they wanted him back after they smashed Mexico 3-0 without him?

Why does CONCACAF refuse to take any meaningful action against Mexico for their fans behavior? It’s not like it was a few bad apples last night. From the couple of videos I saw from in the stands, it was thousands, if not TENS of thousands of people participating. Mexico’s federation either needs to get this under control, or start playing behind closed doors.

Of course, the Mexican federation had nothing to do with last night. Which begs the question, why was the game even played in Vegas in the first place? The US is the host nation. This might seem crazy, but maybe stop playing our home games in venues where Mexico is almost guaranteed to end up as the de facto home side. Of course, this is the USSF, who just reinstated Berhalter, so asking them to do anything sensible is probably a bridge too far.

USSF just want the money so they schedule the games knowing Mexico fans will buy up alot of the tickets. Sadly they could care less about home field advantage, just all about selling as many over priced tickets as they can

Great end to a great week. Gio MOTM for me even with the halftime sub. Just an immense half and frankly he has to start when healthy. Balogun is the real deal.

The bad is the depth is still a big question. De la Torre and Johnny aren't midfielders you can rely on, Scally is a worker but feels limited and Pepi is just a clear step down even if he's got something about him. But we don't have to qualify so who cares about depth? The first XI and a couple of subs are absolute gas and I can't wait to see how we get on next summer. Let's win Copa America and put a big statement out ahead of 2026.
