The biggest takeaway from me that I don't think Gregg will see because he hasn't to this point is that the drop off from the best 10 to 12 players and everyone else is large.

It's why at this point I think he's got to just pick 3 from Weah, Pulisic, Reyna and Aaronson and start them up top. Just hope one can do a reasonable #9 impression.

I think the midfield should be McKennie, Adams and Musah.

You can maybe make a case for replacing Musah but I personally wouldn't.

You aren’t breaking teams down with all 3 of those though. You can just use McKennie + one other behind the 4.

Adams has to play. No positional discipline if you don't.

McKennie might be the best goalscorer in the team also so he's got to have freedom to get in the box.
