Chairmen don't seem to know diddly. Look at the managers currently plying their trade in the English league. How on earth do the likes of Glenn Hoddle, Peter Reid, Dennis Wise, Fred Bassett. Hundreds of them. Sacked from one club for being rubbish and straight into another, only to be sacked again after a few months of rubbish'ness. Barmy.

Here in Italy we lived the same situation through the last years, probably you listened something like "calciopoli".

Some (i hope it's the right term) proxis/club managers (and son's of them) decides which player have to play, which ref have to direct (and in which direction...) any matches and, at least, which coach have to manage a team.

Someone call them "sponsor", i think they're reds... oops, sorry: shitty!
