That's it mate. It's a tool for quitting ciggies that's been ruined by ketwigs and Big Tobacco pushing a narrative.

It worked for me and I would recommend it to anyone who wanted to quit for that reason.

Anyone knocking people for trying to kick that habit needs to have a word with themselves.

I got mine from (shudders) Birkenhead, but my boss wants me to help her pick a decent one to pack in the cigs.

On Sunday’s I do my weekly food shop and on the drive back there’s a vape shop and I always end up sat next to it for about 5 mins as I wait in traffic. They’ve got a TV on their sign outside which has a video on loop of what can only described as one of the most tragically cringe worthy things I’ve ever witnessed. I hate it but like a car crash I can’t help but stare at it.

Take a look for yourselves, this is the exact video they play on loop. The fat Asian bloke needs to die. He embodies everything that is vaping.

Smoked for more than 20 years. Tried the lot to stop: patches, gum, champix, vaping, cold turkey, all with varying levels of unsustained success.

Stopped this March after reading this book and not had one since.



If vaping works for some people then go for it but it seems to me that its like taking crack to get off heroin.
