I was amazed to read that they're the 6th highest spenders in all of Europe this season, some real input from the owners.

The new manager inferred that he's been able to do his research for some weeks, insinuating that this has not been a quick decision.

Would be fuming if I were a Saints fan, but perhaps there's a reason everyone is unaware of. There usually is.

Yes but would this spending have been possible without the funds from a double promotion? I highly doubt it.

There is no loyalty in football these days, hopefully Moyes realizes that would never happen to him at Everton, which he should take into account when he is offered a new contract.

I've never seen him play to be fair. But pace isn't everything when you have good positioning and the ability to read the game.

Mate theres a difference between 'not having pace', Jags fits into that bracket, and being too slow for the premier league, Forren, Gueye.
