I had a friend with tinnitus who got vertigo so it's likely that the ears are involved.
But you probably know that.

I suffered from it a couple of years ago, just came on me out the blue, awful feeling. Apparently it’s the crystals in your ears going into the wrong canal, mine turned out to be my left ear. Doctor recommended I try the Brandt-Daroff exercises which helped tremendously, didn’t bother me for 18 months and then after a plane journey it hit me again, I did the exercises and no symptoms for the last year

Thats the exercises my doc gave me to do. I suffered from it for a few years, very intermittent, so didnt know what it was tbh. This latest bout though is pretty bad so hopefully this will work.

Yep, this happened to me recently as well. What's weird is that it mostly happens when lying down. You roll over in bed and you get a massive headspin. I got mine after the first vaccine, so I initially thought it related to that.

Lie down in a dark room take iprobrufen.....go to your GP .......stress can fetch it on blame watching Everton ....
