Hubby periodically has BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo). The exercises usually help but still unpleasant, hope it clears up quickly x

Vertigo can be linked to your ear canals ..,....or failing eyesight you may need a visit to the opticians.......

Probably one of my least favourite U2 songs from an album way past their best era but I've heard them play it live a few times and I have to say it's a decent stadium rock song. Peoples personal thoughts on Bono are for another thread but I think it's important we acknowledge that U2 are/were one of the finest bands ever to have music pressed to vinyl. If you can see that then I'm afraid I don't know where to go from there.

Get a second opinion please I was hospitalised for 14 days because it was not treated early

I've had a couple of bad doses of it.
An absolute nightmare - indescribable.
Genuinely would not wish it on my worst enemy.
It scared me so much that I now have the Betahistina tablets
permanently in my travel bag - just in case.

Thanks LL, my doc thinks that what I have (BPPV) given my symptoms.

I think what a lot of people misunderstand is that vertigo isn't just a fear of heights.. People also mistake vertigo just for a common sense rational wariness of being at height and knowing its unsafe!

Absolute nightmare of a dose.. I've had it a few times, I got prescribed medication for it... serc tablets.

I got it a few times. Ended up in hospital with it once.. I said to the wife I'd prefer to have something that causes pain rather than the spinning feeling.

Yeah I do, if anyone knows the film Free Solo, about a fella who climbs this rock face El Capitan, when I seen it in the cinema I had to leave for a few minutes, I couldnt take it, I tried hiding under my coat but was aware of getting funny looks.
Its strange with me as seeing other people in situations gets me going even if I'm sitting in a chair safe
