The people in the states who get them online actually get them from Canada. You need a perscription to get Viagra/Cialis/Levitra in the US, and of course I am sure you can find an internet doctor shady enough to 'write' you a perscription. But it will probably be like Neb said earlier, hardly Viagra at all.

However, if you get it from one of the Canadian on-line pharmasicts, you should get legit Pfizer Viagra.

And I want to point out I have never actually tried all this out ("Yeah right!!!" I hear you all say)

Had a colleague once, he's a pencioner now. Days afer I read in a paper that a truck was robbed of millions of Viagra-pills, he was trying to sell Viagra pills at work. One of my other colleagues, a Frenchman, was interested in them and bought some of him. A few weeks later, he didn't show up at work.
