No .The fact you use an implication shows you are interpreting it in your own way .What I meant by my post was simply that everyone who catches the virus is not directly to blame ,some are without doubt but not all.Therefore to punish them all is wrong ,legally and morally .
not all obviously but an outbreak at a football team that has (should have) strict measures in place to prevent an outbreak lends the suspicion that these measures weren't taken seriously.
