[Noisy noise annoys]

He's overlapping Gray but Gray never plays it into him. Always decides to go inside instead. Wish Gray would pass it occasionally because there is something there to work on which could be a positive. Gray is our best player currently but is selfish & we need to start stitching this team together.

To be fair he was really poor today.

Miles off the pace of Gray, or Richarlison. Sure, you can say neither would give him the time of day but often he wasn't anywhere near them.

Few attempted crosses to absolutely nobody.

Mina had to bail him out a few times.

That inexplicable back pass that should have buried us at 3-0.

Sure, very early days and the lad can only improve but he's going to have opposition targeting him every game.

To be fair he’s a newbie, some of our old boys have been doing the same stuff for a while, so he fits right in.

Thought he improved vastly in the second half, but Gray as hard as he tried, played with his head down a bit too often and kept losing the ball.

Sometimes you just see a footballer for the first time and think he's not particularly good, i get these vibes about this lad. Obviously hope he comes good though.

That may be so, but bear in mind he's only just joined the club and his fellow defenders' performances can't fill anyone with confidence. Give the lad time.
