He's being hard done by for the first goal IMO. He actually does the right thing passing off Saka onto Keane so he can go grab Martinelli that McNeil just completely abandoned. Problem is Keane couldn't grab Saka as the midfield ignored Odegaard.

Easy to blame Mykolenko here but that's a chain failure starting with Gana and Doucoure letting Odegaard get behind them.

Fair point actually. Martinelli being out wide prevents Myko from being able to tuck in there, Keane should be pushing further over.

Only thing I criticise him for is actually playing Saka inside.

Yeh it's really poor defensive shape from the team. Ideally McNeil stays on Martinelli and Myko can stay with Saka but he just completely left him with a 2 on 1. Caught in two minds and chooses the wide player hoping CB's will cover him in the box. Feel for him there.

If there is one, they likely play for us. Just a tragic situation where a player like Mykolenko starts every single game. An absolute priority we upgrade this position in the summer whatever league we end up in.

Communication along the back line terrible. Keane should either be pushing over to Saka or shouting at Myko to tuck in. Eyes only on the ball and no awareness of what’s going on around him.

He doesn’t offer anything going forwards, isn’t quick and is average at best defensively. Godfrey would be a much better option at this stage. Some much needed pace in what is currently the slowest back line in the league.
