Fair play, based on his record I wouldn’t have wanted or taken him. You never know how well someone would have done at another club retrospectively and considering Everton, I’d say he wouldn’t be in the role today

Next season is the litmus for judging him. Could be fun if Wolves start well and we are, ahem, a bit slower off the mark and embroiled in our usual Autumn manager war of disenchantment.
