That's appropximately right. Great Dane would no doubt reprimand me on my crap Danish!

Meaning, yeah it is a bit different. Even my woman can't keep up with Swedish, and she's Danish. There are similarities, though. But I think Danish is much nearer to Norwegian than Swedish.

Oh, and no subtitles on our [Poor language removed] 14 inch portable. We've also only got 2 channels (DR and TV2).

Neb, have you read Adam Brown's Fishing in Utopia? The Englisman's lot in that there Scandinavia (Sweden anyway). You'd find it interesting I reckon. Especially if you like fishing.... It's one of those cult books now.

Spent loads of time in all Skanda lands in the 80's . Lost my Skanda cherry in Oxelesund , Svenska , 1st trip to the North . Inga - Lill Svensson . Had many others after . I loved it .
Even the tele , which would come on at 7 , show Little House on the Prairie , in English , as the main prog' , then go off at 11 . Friday night !!!
All , of course , pale into nothing when compared to the immeasurable, Jette Christensen , of Hansholm , Danmark .
