Aye, another well-known micro brand. You generally get more bang for your buck with micros...sapphire crystal, solid end links etc. Sometimes fit and finish might not be as good. Just comes down to if you like the design and trust the movement they're using. A good portion of them use the Seiko NH* series of movements, which is just the official 4R series but made to sell to other manufacturers. Flippers generally stay away from them (micros) since re-sale doesn't tend to bring as much as branded stuff (no. 1 because you don't pay as much to begin with) but if you don't flip then it's no biggie.

There are some great micros out there, though...too many to name.

What do people think of this? Reminds me of a Daytona without all the 0000's.

I love the Daytona look but all the homage watches, like the daytona are tiny! 38-39mm... My wrist is 7 3/4 inch so i need a 42 minimum..

Quite like this number from Hermes. Not something that would usually catch my eye but between the case shape, colour and strap I’m quite impressed

Yeah, was just reading about this as well. It is quite distinctive, yet not soooo distinctive...so well done Hermes/Hodinkee. And those Fleurier movements are quite nice. Cool case-back too.

Love this! Great design, well-built, and relatively affordable.
Indeed. I wanted a piece for my every day use that was durable as I do some sports coaching on the side. I love the watch. Seiko quality, great to look at, and the band is perfect for me as the watch doesn't move around all the time. And as you say, a good price.

Highly recommended as an every day, stylish watch.

Was thinking of treating myself to a new watch, not sure if to go with a known name like Tag Longines or an up and coming brand like Christopher Ward. The likes of Rolex and Omega are out of my price range about £3000, was wondering is any of you watch enthusiast have other ideas.
Stop being so self absorbed. Time is on your phone and a watch is an affection.
