No matter who deserved or did not deserve to win, nothing can take away the pleasure of a last second snatch and grab. Our turn this time. I think the uncontrolled joy of the travelling fans behind the goal will have convinced Carlo of the passion felt by the our fans for this club. Saturday night became a pleasure for thousands.

PLAYER RATINGS:

Pickford - 6/10 Played to his normal ability.

Digne - 6/10, First corner kick from him that resulted eventually in a goal for the whole season. Him and Sidgi was fruitless (almost infertile) in this department until this game.

Sidibe - 4/10, Dear o dear, couldn't defend. Letting loose obvious and easy breaks down the flank, though the opponent is just in front of him before the break.

Yeri - 9/10, goal against wasn't CB department's mistake. Defended well for most part and the 2 goals was INSTRUMENTAL. He'd missed tonnes of corner headers in the season - heading over the bars or straight to the keeper, frustrating himself and us fans. If he could just direct those corners into the right area, with his ability to muscle his way into heading position wherever he wants, no defender can stop him.

Holgate - 9/10, the future hall of famer, the sweeper. Budding superstar. Played really well.

Sidgursson - 4/10, aside from the corner, with an assist finally to his name, nada.

Iwobi- 5/10, seem struggling to come back after the injury. Need to see more from him.

Richarlison- 8/10 (6/10 for most part as still recovering, 10/10 for the last contribution.) Future hall of famer and budding star.

Walcott- 8/10 (6/10 for most part, and 10/10 for the eventual winner!!! ) If only he can be precise with his last pass after those hard fwd dash and dribbles. Then again, he is Walcott, a winger in his own class category.

DCL- 6/10 didn't have enough service from the others. Did all what he could muscling the defenders away for others (esp the fall which resulted in the first goal)

.....

Substitute:

Sniderlin - 4/10 Like for like with Sidgi. Just making up numbers and played.

Moise - 9/10 Respect, foregoing the goal attempt for the assist (Please look at the slow mo at all angles to confirm this). Give this boy his due credit.

........

Delph - 1/10, Watford's 12th player. Liability. Contribution: Assist for opponent, Heading easy clearance and conceding corner, Another assist for the red card (all hope for 3 points was lost then, as most believe, causing grieve and frustrations to fans and teammates). The 1/10 rating is for helping the team win with us playing agianst 11 instead of 12.

Under Silva this ends 4-0. Carlo is taking us places and I can’t wait to see where it ends
