to those who have PM'd me regarding Southampton: I kind of see where you are coming from...but the Everton, Watford, West Ham rivalry is a PL stand-out. Southampton are as good as us, but they just lack some...some...je ne sais quoi...that ineffable quality that lends so much meaning to our clashes with the Hornets and the Hammers

Sad but true mate. My mate who supports Leicester takes the p out of me when I say we’ll challenge for the top 6 beginning of every season.

In all seriousness, this is a hard game. Watford made a decisive decision to sack their manager and got in Pearson who has won 4 of 9 so far in the league. Makes me scratch my head why our useless board waited a year and a half to part company with Silva.

We're miles better than Watford, but they have miles more fight. So it's likely only going one way, especially with our limitations in terms of having no midfield.
