Watford Blame Everton

Watford are a really well run club with a defined infrastructure. There was a good article on the BBC or Guardian about them; basically they ensure everything is taken care of at the club and all the manager has to do is coach the players. So they can handle swapping managers all the time no problems - they'll have a massive shortlist just waiting to go.

13 Managers in 10 years and a massive shortlist of Managers waiting to go is not a sign of a well run club. It is a sign of a club with itchy fingers that show zero professionalism, patience or loyalty to their Manager and instead blame him and sack him after a few losses and hope that the next Manager wins more. Very poor run club imo.

Considering the amount of consecutive years in the prem without much danger even whilst swapping managers I think if class that as being well run. The Pozzo family are some of the best owners in football IMO.

The amount of consecutive years in the premier league as in all 2 of them?

They were in the prem once in 1999/2000 and got relegated and then once again 2006/2007 and got relegated again and then they were in the championship for the next 8 consecutive seasons i.e until 2014/2015. They have had 2 consecutive seasons in the Prem since and finished 13th and 17th respectively. 13 Managers in 10 years has not done anything positive to change their fortunes and never will.
