I don't think anyone can fault Iwobi's efforts and we all love a rags to riches story. However if someone had told me a couple of years ago he would be an integral part of the team and one of the first names on the sheet I would have politely told them that they were absolutely crazy. That is the scale of his achievement, he deserves the plaudits now just as he deserved the pelts before.

As a side issue on the thread, if Alex keeps up his current form other clubs are going to come sniffing.
I would like us to keep our best players but it may not be possible moving forward.
So how much is Alex now worth?
Remember it wasn't so long ago some would given him away for free.

Probably still a little bit less than what we paid for him lol
