Weak international teams - remove from qualifiers?

Should teams like San Marino, Lichtenstein and Andorra be culled from international qualifiers?

Everyone already knows that.
There's a lot of fluff about how good he, and indeed this team, is. They've certainly got a lot of potential, but you look at their record against good teams (Brazil, Belgium, France, Spain, Netherlands, Italy, Argentina, Germany, and Portugal for example), and it's not very good at all (I think they've won like 3 games in 10 or something). A tidy draw in the Euros and WC though, and we're a great team apparently.

This is an exceptionally talented squad of footballers. If we draw any of Spain, Netherlands, Argentina, Germany or Portugal I would expect us to beat them. If we don’t then questions have to be asked of the manager.

No

San Marino is my favourite ever away trip

There are also only a handful of teams who are completely uncompetitive. Like NI are very much a lesser team and were never going to qualify from a group with Italy and Switzerland, but were unbeaten against both at home.
